To ensure the high quality and accuracy of its products, Ecotek employs a leading and highly skilled team of pattern and mould makers.  This ensures that all its products are of the highest quality.

Ecotek is registered to ISO 9001 and its products are designed to meet the engineering and warranty requirements of the truck manufacturers.

Ecotek is able to take a design project from concept to completion or any stage in between. For example, a client may want a project taken from the initial design concept to pattern making or through to the manufacture of finished moulds. Ecotek can then manufacture the mouldings or the moulds can be used elsewhere.

Ecotek air management systems are manufactured in white as standard but can be supplied in a fleet base colour if required.

Cab Conversions

Ecotek has developed a range of special open-plan, an aerodynamic sleeper cab conversions. The external styling blends in with the cab and the sleeper performs in the same way as a 3D cab-roof fairing.

Ecotek's engineers will design and developed cab conversions for any truck cab. Where a system has been developed , conversions can be carried out. For a cab where no conversion is available currently, one will be designed and supplied.

Inside the cab there is maximum headroom, storage space and light as well as first class overnight sleeping accommodation. A full range of fittings and equipment is available.

Blade Deflectors

The fuel-saving design of the blade deflector is still very popular particularly for trucks with non-standard body heights or refrigerator units which project over the cab, preventing the use of a 3D cab roof fairing.
